Were looking for candidates with residential sales experience (solar pest control internet security home improvement). No degree water experience or formal sales training is required.

• $80000 to $150000 per year
• Paid structured training on water quality our products and our in-home sales process. ($1000 per week)
• Ongoing coaching and sales mentorship from a team with over 45 years of experience
• Company vehicle gas card for top performers
• Health dental and vision experience
• 401(k) retirement with company match

What You Need :

• Great rapport-building skills
• Valid drivers license comfortable with evening appointments

What Youll Do :

• Run pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers homes
• A steady stream of company-generated leads
• Freedom to produce new leads through referrals events and networking so youre never capped on income
• Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
• Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions solving real household problems (hard water damage scale buildup contamination concerns)
• Close same-day using a consultative approach (complete training provided)

Compensation: $80000.00 - $150000.00 per year
