Assembly Technician – Millwork & Commercial Furniture

Versatile is looking for skilled Assembly Technicians to join our growing production team. This role focuses on assembling custom millwork and commercial furniture, including cabinets, desks, tables, and fixtures used in office, school, and commercial environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience assembling wood products, cabinetry, millwork, or furniture
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and measurements
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to measure using tape measures and basic measuring tools

What You’ll Do
• Assemble custom millwork products such as cabinets, desks, tables, and commercial furniture
• Work with materials such as Baltic Birch, MDF, plywood, laminates, melamine, veneer, and solid wood
• Follow manufacturing prints and assembly specifications
• Use hand tools, clamps, drills, and fastening systems to assemble products
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Work with team members to maintain efficient workflow and production schedules
• Use the ERP system to review work orders and production prints
