job summary:
Join our dynamic engineering team in this contract-based role focused on civil and infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer to support our team by updating critical engineering drawings with post-construction redlines. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the absolute accuracy of final as-built record documentation.

Candidates must possess an Associate's degree or equivalent certification alongside 5+ years of advanced CAD drafting experience. Exceptional, proven expertise in Bentley MicroStation is strictly required, specifically within a post-construction or project closeout environment. You must also demonstrate a strong track record of interpreting complex engineering markups and independently managing version control.

responsibilities:

• Update and revise complex engineering drawings using Bentley MicroStation based on field notes and post-construction redlines.

• Convert marked-up engineering drawings into precise, finalized record/as-built documents.

• Coordinate directly with engineers, project managers, and field teams to resolve any drawing discrepancies.

• Maintain strict consistency across all drawing sets, including meticulous management of layers, symbology, and annotation.

• Perform rigorous QA/QC quality checks on updated drawing sets to guarantee overall accuracy and completeness.
