Job Description

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for Western regional routes operating 53' dry van trailers. New CDL graduates and experienced drivers are encouraged to apply. This role offers structured OTR training, predictable home time, and competitive compensation with benefits.

• Job type: Regional, Western 5 lanes
• Equipment: 53' dry van trailers
• Freight: 100% no-touch dry van freight; drop-and-hook and live load/unload assignments
• Schedule: Bi-weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset; many drivers receive home time during the week depending on location
• Mileage: Average 2,000–2,500 miles per week
• Training: Structured OTR training with a trainer for approximately 4–6 weeks; on-road mentoring until ready for solo assignments
• Shift: Drivers must be available for day or night driving

Compensation & benefits

• $1,200–$1,400 weekly pay (dependent on miles and pay tier)
• Trainee pay: $650+ per week during training
• Per-mile pay: ranges vary by experience and miles — new graduate and experienced pay tiers apply (per-mile ranges: approximately $0.43–$0.72 depending on experience and productivity)
• Monthly performance bonus up to $0.06 per mile for meeting criteria (e.g., high mileage threshold, safe operation, fuel efficiency)
• Benefits effective after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Minimum requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years; no DUIs within the past 5 years
• Not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons
• Stable work history (generally stable 10‑year history; minimum six months in the last year or one year in the last three years)
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens; certain criminal convictions reviewed case-by-case
