Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CPA to join the Virtual Dream Team. In this role, you'll provide essential accounting and financial services — from managing records to supporting clients with tax compliance — all while being part of a team that genuinely has your back.

Key Responsibilities 

✅Prepare and review financial statements and reports

✅ Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts

✅ Assist with tax preparation and filing

✅Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

✅Provide financial insights and advice to clients

✅Conduct audits and maintain accurate financial records

✅Collaborate with team members on financial projects and initiatives

✅Stay current on accounting regulations and best practices

Required Tools 

✅QuickBooks

✅Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables required)

✅Google Workspace

What We're Looking For

✅Active CPA certification (required)

✅Minimum 3 years of relevant CPA experience

✅Strong grasp of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting

✅Highly detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills

✅Comfortable working independently and within a team

✅Willing and able to work the Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)

✅Good credit standing

✅Comfortable using a screenshot and productivity tracker

Working Hours:

✅Full-Time/Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM CST

✅Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)

✅Rate: $5/HR
