About the Role
Our staffing firm is partnering with an established, industry-leading renewable energy construction company headquartered in Avon, MN to identify a Data Entry Clerk to support their accounts payable team. This organization is a tier 1 EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) contractor that has helped build a significant portion of the nation's utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented data entry professional to contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced AP environment within a well-respected company driving the clean energy transition. Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk will provide critical data entry support to the accounts payable department, with a primary focus on invoice validation and accuracy. This is a highly repetitive, high-volume role ideal for someone who thrives on consistency, precision, and process-driven work.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing high-volume invoice processing within the AP Agility system.
• Cross-referencing entries against source invoices to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
• Identifying and resolving invoice discrepancies within the AP Agility system.
• Ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing ongoing data entry support to the accounts payable team as needed.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform repetitive, high-volume work with strong attention to detail.
