The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date data across multiple systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently with large datasets, and comfort using spreadsheets and CRM platforms. You will support day-to-day administrative and data-related functions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and high data quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Input, update, and maintain data in databases, CRM systems, and internal platforms with a high level of accuracy
  • Perform data entry tasks including order entry, data collection, and transcription
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, including building pivot tables and generating reports
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for efficient document retrieval
  • Support administrative functions such as typing, file organization, and record maintenance
  • Verify data accuracy through basic calculations and validation checks
  • Collaborate with internal team members to meet deadlines on data-related tasks and projects
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting inconsistencies or errors
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in large datasets
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, including pivot tables and data organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for verifying data and performing calculations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
  • Experience maintaining and updating records within database or record management systems
Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order entry processes
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • General office or administrative background within a professional environment
