Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Communications Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience supporting events, communications, and community outreach initiatives.

You will work closely with a collaborative team to help coordinate projects, support event planning, and assist with day-to-day communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and supporting events and fundraising initiatives
  • Support communication with community members, partners, and event participants
  • Coordinate schedules, event details, and team activities
  • Assist with organizing materials and maintaining project information
  • Work with team members to ensure events and initiatives run smoothly

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred
