Warehouse Picker (Experienced)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Warehouse Picker to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with continuous movement throughout the shift. Daily productivity and performance are closely monitored, so a strong work ethic and commitment to efficiency are essential.

Pay & Schedule Options

Monday–Friday schedules:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM — $17.50/hr
• 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM — $17.50/hr
• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM — $18.50/hr
• 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM — $18.50/hr

Overtime:

Overtime is required 12 hour shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and process orders using an RF scanner
• Meet and exceed daily productivity and performance standards
• Walk extensively throughout the shift to fulfill orders
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Minimum 6+ months of warehouse picking experience required
• Experience using RF scanners
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–12 hours)
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
