As a Finance Intern, you will carry out our Mission of Love by performing duties to support budgeting, financial reporting and other Finance Department initiatives.

Our Finance Intern is responsible for the following:

• Support the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with revenue and expense entries into the budget system and related analysis for the annual corporate budget.
• Support the Capital Analyst by disposing assets in Workday that a no longer in inventory.
• Support the Senior Accountant with enhancing the Charitable Gift Annuity files.
• Support the Director of Finance with Workday related initiatives, including Financial Close HUB, Account Certifications and created of Worksheets in Drive.
• Support the Finance Manager by reconciling the Marketing Department system to the Finance Departments.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

What You Have:

• Minimum of 32 college credits earned in a finance related curriculum.
• Computer experience required. PC experience with Microsoft Word, Excel or other spreadsheet software.
• Operates a personal computer, copier, fax and other office equipment.
• Effective communicator in writing and speaking. Has the ability to interact with people in a highly professional manner. Possesses good organizational skills
