Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced assessments, treatments, and emergency care during air and ground transports.
• Document patient care and transport details accurately.
• Complete billing documentation for transports.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and external partners.
• Support outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in training, continuing education, and required competency programs.
• Maintain all required certifications and licensure.

Requirements:

• Active paramedic certification in the state of employment.
• 3+ years of 911/pre-hospital experience (5+ preferred).
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred).
• Ability to obtain FP-C within 24 months.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
• Must meet weight requirement (under 235 lbs).
