Overview:
We are seeking a talented freelance photographer and social media videographer to capture high-quality visual content for digital and social platforms. This role requires a creative eye, strong technical skills, and an understanding of current social media trends.
Responsibilities:
Capture professional photos and short-form video content during an 8-hour shoot
Create engaging, social-first video clips (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
Direct subjects and scenes to achieve desired aesthetic and branding
Ensure proper lighting, composition, and audio quality (if applicable)
Deliver a mix of candid, lifestyle, and staged content
Provide raw or lightly edited assets within an agreed timeframe
Collaborate with the team on shot lists and creative direction
Requirements:
Proven experience in photography and social media videography
Strong portfolio showcasing both photo and short-form video work
Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear
Ability to shoot content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively within an 8-hour shoot
Basic editing skills (preferred but not required)
Deliverables:
High-resolution photos
Short-form video clips formatted for social media
Quick turnaround on content (timeline to be agreed upon)
Equipment:
Must provide own camera, lenses, and necessary gear
Drone or additional equipment is a plus (if applicable)
