Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and growth-minded Front-End Web Developer to join our core centralized Marketing and Growth collective in a full-time remote capacity open exclusively to qualified technical builders resident across South Africa. Shifting completely away from traditional developer profiles focused solely on isolated static page rendering, basic text modification, manual backup logging, or disconnected asset drawing, you will run an active user journey and web conversion optimization laboratory—claiming true individual operational and strategic accountability over the performance, scalability, and technical architecture of our digital presence. This position requires an internet technology or digital strategy veteran with 5+ years of craft depth who engineers scannable multi-tenant layouts fluidly natively using Frontend paradigms, programs custom operational elements smoothly natively using JavaScript , HTML, and CSS configurations inside visual CMS infrastructures, and commands rapid conversion rate optimization (CRO) frameworks and A/B testing configurations confidently under strict healthcare compliance constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Web Growth Strategy: Own, architect, and execute the end-to-end website development and structural optimization strategy, aligning all frontend layouts directly with core business conversion goals.
• Visual CMS Infrastructure Engineering: Build, manage, and scale secure, high-performance website pages, master layouts, and reusable data templates natively utilizing Frontend configurations across Webflow and Wix environments.
• Custom Component Development: Program and implement semantic custom code extensions, interactive navigation wrappers, and structural layouts smoothly natively using JavaScript , HTML, and CSS variables where native design modules reach operational limits.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Formulate, monitor, and deploy structured conversion initiatives, managing A/B and multivariate experimentations to isolate and eliminate bottlenecks across user registration funnels.
• Telemetry Integration and Audit: Track digital site performance and consumer behavior metrics continuously, leveraging analytics platforms (including Google Analytics, Hotjar, and attribution blocks) to introduce data-driven interface updates.
• Technical SEO Architecture Governance: Apply advanced search engine optimization best practices across global site maps, metadata layers, and URL schema elements to maximize structural indexability.
• Mobile-First and Accessibility Compliance: Audit and maintain uncompromised mobile responsiveness, page speed optimization parameters, and global accessibility design standards across all connected viewport channels.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: Partner in lockstep with distributed Content, Core SEO, CRM automation, and paid media teams to guarantee landing page performance match active acquisition trajectories.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history running advanced front-end web development, digital conversion engineering, marketing website management, user journey design, or technology growth consulting.
• Visual CMS Platform Expertise: Demonstrated expert-tier career experience serving as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) explicitly building and customizing within Webflow and Wix deployment spaces.
• Expert-tier capability managing layout cascading sheets, structuring document object models, and optimizing client-side logic loops natively utilizing Frontend rules.
• Practical operational familiarity writing clean functions, binding events, and manipulating asynchronous data arrays natively using JavaScript configurations.
• Proven technical history operating inside regulated or compliance-led enterprise landscapes, demonstrating a balanced capacity to harmonize strict operational compliance rules with fluid interface creativity.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and scannable technical-documentation communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised collaboration across multi-cultural marketing, pharmacy, and R&D nodes.
