Provide a Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe environment through the operation of a full-service alcoholic beverage location .
Responsibilities:

Speci fic   Duties and Responsibilities  

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the p ark g uest s   in accordance with   company , local, and federal guidelines  
• Assess g uest   demeanor and   identify   when behavior should be called to the attention of leadership or securi ty   
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and de aling with intoxicated g uest s  
• Verify through photo identification the l egal dr inking age of g uest s  
• Follow all company and safety and s ecurity policies and procedures  
• Set up and   maintain   cleanliness and condition of bar, ba r unit,   tables   and other tools  
• Complete   opening and   closing duties  
• Transp ort supplies to bar set-up area  
• R estock bar and liquor   supplies  
• Create a wa rm, fun, atmosphere for g uest s  
• Follow all company policies, in cluding cash handling procedure  
• Adhere to   company sanitation procedures  
• Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs, a nd maximize g uest   satisfaction  

M inimum   Requirements  

• Must be at least 18  years of age  
• Previous   bartending or food service experience   is a plus  
• Ensure uniform and personal appea rance is clean and professional  
• Knowledge of ca sh handling procedures   required  
• Friendly,   outgoing   and aggressive personality, along with excellent interpersonal skills  
• Ability   to work quickly and efficiently   
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays  
• Creative candidate that could work towa rd developing new themed drink concepts  
• Must be wi lling to get TABC certification
