Position: Interior FF&E Designer
Location: Suzhou, China (Based in Suzhou)
Salary: RMB 20,000 - 30,000/month + Housing Allowance RMB 2,500/month +
Round trip airtickets
About You
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
Designer to join our prestigious design consultancy in Suzhou. If you have a keen eye
for design, extensive experience in product specification, and a passion for delivering
world-class interiors, we want to hear from you!
Key Duties & Responsibilities
 Develop stunning FF&E design concepts, mood boards, and detailed specifications.
 Source, quote, and manage global suppliers and manufacturers for high-end
projects.
 Create comprehensive FF&E schedules, technical drawings, and material boards.
 Coordinate site surveys, inspections, and oversee installation processes.
 Collaborate with interior design teams, architects, and clients to ensure design
excellence.
 Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control for FF&E deliverables.
Requirements
 3+ years of proven FF&E design experience in hospitality, commercial, or luxury
residential projects.
 Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or related field.
 Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and
MS Office. Strong technical knowledge of furniture specifications, materials, finishes, and
manufacturing processes.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
 Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus but not required.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural
environment.
 Willing to be based in Suzhou, China.
