Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our client to support the execution and coordination of digital and campaign-based marketing initiatives that strengthen audience engagement and brand visibility. This part-time, temporary role is based onsite in Orlando, FL and offers hands-on exposure across social media, email, web, and digital advertising efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to help move campaigns from concept to launch while ensuring details are tracked, organized, and delivered on time. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to apply marketing fundamentals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
Up to $25/hour

Work Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

• Support social media and online community initiatives by engaging with audiences, coordinating content execution, and assisting with platform-based campaigns
• Help deliver integrated marketing campaigns by coordinating creative asset requests, drafting digital copy, and supporting email and website updates
• Partner with marketing and design teams to organize promotional kits, manage tracking elements, and ensure campaign materials are accurately deployed
• Assist with digital advertising efforts by coordinating assets and monitoring timelines for campaign rollouts
• Implement website enhancements, including pop-ups and promotional elements, to support ongoing marketing initiatives
• Provide administrative and operational support through invoice tracking, expense reconciliation, and general marketing coordination

Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Coordinator:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach
• A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning, experimentation, and taking ownership of projects
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices through coursework, internships, or personal projects
• An eye for visually engaging digital content, including emails, ads, and web elements
• Exposure to web or email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress, or comparable platforms is a plus
