Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 & .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote (Occasional Onsite as Needed - Need PA state candidates only)

Duration: Contract

Position Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & .NET Full Stack Developer to support enterprise system initiatives, application development, and digital transformation efforts. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developing scalable solutions, and enhancing system performance across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365/Dataverse solutions, ensuring optimal performance and usability
• Develop and customize model-driven and canvas apps, business rules, forms, and workflows
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows and system integrations
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, Web APIs, and PCF controls
• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs using .NET technologies
• Develop modern front-end applications using React/TypeScript or Angular
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test scripts, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution delivery
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server
• Front-end experience with React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and integrations
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience building and integrating REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with enterprise systems and application development
• Experience with Dynamics portals, chatbot development, and Azure Bot Framework
• Familiarity with real-time integrations and cloud-based solutions
• Microsoft certifications are a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
