Job Description

The music director is responsible for organizing the worship experience for the church at its different services. The candidate will lead the music team, training and forming new talents for the music ministry. 

Skills, Education, and Experience Required:

• High School diploma. Some previous experience in a school, church or camp setting preferred.
• Ability to work well with others and has good interpersonal skills.
• Must be customer/client focused, teamwork oriented, and have time management skills.
• Experience in accompanying musical performances. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Play piano during worship time and contribute to the uplifting atmosphere. 
• Plan and organize the worship service for Sabbath and other events the church may have.
• Fill in during the music directors absence. 
• Support congregational worship through the accurate leadership of hymns and songs. 
• Additional tasks as assigned by management.
