Job Description

Office Administrator (Part-Time, Virtual)

The Presbytery of Plains and Peaks is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to support the ongoing work and ministry of the presbytery. This is a part-time, virtual position, 14–16 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and files for presbytery committees
  • Compile and organize materials for stated and special Presbytery meetings
  • Provide basic financial bookkeeping support
  • Assist with administrative coordination and communication as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience with record-keeping and basic bookkeeping
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Familiarity with church or nonprofit structures is a plus

Position Details:

  • Part-time, remote (virtual) work
  • Flexible hours based on presbytery needs
  • Position open immediately
  • Pay is commensurate with experience
