On-Air Excellence: Exceptional vocal delivery, strong phrasing, proper grammar, and a dynamic, authoritative on-camera presence.

Extreme Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work an unpredictable, on-call schedule, which includes short-notice shifts, overnights, early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Journalistic Skills: Strong writing and copy-editing skills with a deep knowledge of AP style, newsroom ethics, and defamation laws.

Stress Management: Proven ability to handle extreme stress and tight deadlines, maintaining a calm and commanding demeanor during breaking news.
