Job Description/ Responsibilities:
-This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering strategic solutions.
-The candidate will leverage expertise in product design, requirement lifecycle management, and banking products to achieve impactful results in a high-speed work model.
-Develop and implement business strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the banking sector.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative products that align with client needs and market trends.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans to ensure seamless execution.
- Utilize Kanban and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and optimize project delivery timelines.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee the requirement lifecycle management process to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Provide detailed business analysis and planning to support organizational goals and drive profitability.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure banking products meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
- Ensure all activities align with the company's mission to deliver impactful solutions that benefit society.
Qualifications - - Possess strong expertise in product design and requirement lifecycle management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - Demonstrate proficiency in Kanban and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows effectively. - Have in-depth knowledge of business analysis and planning, particularly within the banking sector. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Showcase analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and drive results. - Display familiarity with banking products and their regulatory requirements. - Hold a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with a maximum of 12 years preferred. -
