About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager, RSM , to accelerate growth, expand market share, and drive customer success across the Central United States .
This is a remote role, and candidates must be based in the Central US region.
If you are a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building partnerships, closing opportunities, and creating long-term value, this role offers the platform to make a real impact.

What You Will Own
This is a dynamic role combining channel leadership and direct engagement with end users
50% Channel Management.
You will develop, support, and scale Kramer’s reseller and distribution ecosystem
50% End-User Development.
You will build trusted relationships with end users through a consultative, value-based sales approach.
You will be responsible for driving consistent revenue growth, uncovering new opportunities, and strengthening Kramer’s footprint across the territory.

Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and expand strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end users.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Represent Kramer at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce.
Collaborate with regional and global teams while operating with a high level of independence.
Resolve customer challenges related to sales and service.
Travel across the territory.

What You Bring
Residence in the Central US region is required.
5+ years of successful sales experience in Pro AV and IT markets.
Experience selling directly to dealers or to end customers through a dealer network.
Strong understanding of Professional A, V, networking, collaboration technologies, and IT ecosystems.
A proven track record of building and managing complex customer relationships.
Established connections with channel partners and end users in relevant markets.
Experience in value-added, solution-based selling.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
High integrity, sound judgment, and strong professional credibility.
