JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support sales and commercial activities related to customer quotations and market development within the aerospace and industrial gas turbine sectors.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within ERP systems, including manufacturing cycles, cost structures, and investment information.
- Assist in preparing technical-commercial presentations, proposals, and RFQ documentation for both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Participate in technical risk assessments associated with quotation and bidding activities.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support cost estimation and technical validation processes.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and group stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout bid preparation activities.
- Support customer meetings, technical discussions, and clarification activities during proposal and bidding phases.
- Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing technical, operational, and cost-related inputs.
- Ensure activities are completed within established deadlines and aligned with commercial planning requirements.
- Support compliance with company procedures, ethical standards, and delegated authority guidelines.
- Assist with additional sales, commercial, and engineering-related duties as assigned by leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor"s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Management Engineering, or related field (Master"s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles within structured industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in team-oriented environments.
- Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling using NX or related software.
- Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing-related business processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting aerospace or industrial gas turbine industries.
- Knowledge of forging, machining, and finishing manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of costing methodologies and investment analysis practices.
- Experience supporting quotation management, RFQ activities, or technical sales processes.
- Ability to participate in international training and collaborate with global teams.
