Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain, prioritize, and refine product backlogs and user stories.
• Remove team impediments and proactively resolve issues impacting sprint commitments and project delivery.
• Monitor and track Agile metrics including velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress, and team performance indicators.
• Drive adoption of Agile frameworks and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Product Management, UX, and Business stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on sprint progress, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and help scale Agile practices across multiple teams, programs, and portfolios.
• Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for sprint management, reporting, and team collaboration.
