Title: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled SDET to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, hands-on experience in test automation, and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks.
• Write automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira.
• Ensure test coverage and maintain high-quality standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as an SDET / QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript .
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright .
• Experience in API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
• Strong knowledge of TestNG / JUnit / PyTest frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
