Job Description

Job Title: Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Senior SDET IC) x3

Location: Hybrid

Location Priority (in order):
1. Baltimore, MD (Top Priority)
2. Irving, TX
3. Delaware

Required Qualifications (Must Haves):

6 9+ years as an SDET or senior QA engineer
Strong hands-on automation using TypeScript
Deep experience in API testing (REST + GraphQL )
Performance testing experience in distributed systems
Demonstrated ability to lead testing standards and evangelize best practices
Clear examples of AI-driven testing workflows that changed how they test
- Test generation
- Pairwise/combinatorial testing
- Coverage gap identification

Preferred / Highly Desired (Nice to Haves):

Playwright experience
Financial services or regulated environment experience
Strong CI/CD test integration experience

What Will NOT Work:

QA profiles focused primarily on manual testing
Candidates without real API / GraphQL testing depth
Anyone using AI only for minor refactoring or speed gains
Candidates seeking people management roles
Junior or mid-level profiles without standards ownership experience
