Overview
Radiation Therapist (Radiation Therapy Tech) in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This travel - temporary assignment starts 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $2,819 to $2,851. Shift is 40 hours per week, daytime. The role is in a hospital setting and requires independent clinical judgment and collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities
- Administer radiation treatments and simulations; perform dosimetry tasks and fabricate blocks as needed for treatment planning
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments in scheduled and emergent contexts under the Radiation Oncologist’s supervision
- Update procedure manuals and maintain current clinical guidelines as needed
- Manage the daily treatment schedule on clinical equipment and coordinate with clinical staff
- Uphold all safety features and adhere to departmental and hospital policies in patient care
- Collaborate with reception, nursing, and physician teams to support comprehensive patient care
- Demonstrate the ability to function independently in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
- Attend mandatory education and ongoing training sessions as required

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Radiology license (must be uploaded with profile)
- ARRT certification (Radiation Therapy)
- American Heart Association BLS certification (Active)
- Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience
- Own reliable vehicle for travel to the assignment
- Ability to work in a hospital clinical setting and respond to both scheduled and emergent needs

Education
- Relevant education in radiologic technology and clinical training aligned with Radiation Therapy practice
- ARRT certification and active BLS are required credentials
