As a Water Resource Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative water solutions, supporting team members, and leading complex projects through planning, permitting, and construction.

What you will be doing:
* Lead complex project designs, esuring quality in delvierables
* Work across planning, designing, permitting, and constrction phases
* Support, mentor, and direct team members to meet project objectives
Support for water resources work across areas like watershed management, floodplain assessments, stormwater retrofits, CSO mitigation, ecosystem restoration, pressure conduits, and urban watershed planning
Coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration with utility, roadway, environmental, and structural elements
Technical guidance, mentoring, and quality review for junior staff
* Ensure best practices and guidelines of technical excellence
* Positive representation of the firm, maintaining relationships with clients and partners
* Problem solving, trouble shooting, providing a quality product
* Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients
What you will need:
* 3+ years of related experience in Engineering
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
* Active P.E. licensure preferred, EIT acceptable
* Strong technical understanding of civil egineering deisgn and Public Works.
* Need the ability to coordinate with engineers, expertise in construction calculations and construction documentation
* The mentality and motivation to provide quality work both effectively, and efficiently
* Knowledge of field instrumentation is a must, as well as technical, hydrologic, and hydraulic software.
