Business Systems with 8+ years of experience to support the Status Center platform.
The candidate will analyze fragmented data across multiple systems, validate business logic, and transform complex information into reliable, decision-ready insights for business, UX, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and validate data from multiple back-office systems to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable business insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify dependencies, translate system behaviors, and support data-driven decision-making.
Perform investigative analysis on workflows, APIs, and data pipelines to improve visibility, trust, and operational efficiency.
