Location: Dallas, TX (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $45,870 - $56,210 per year We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication, eager to develop their skills, and interested in contributing to the strategic messaging of a growing organization. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns.
• Create, edit, and proofread content for various platforms including press releases, newsletters, and social media.
• Support social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
• Coordinate and assist with event planning and management related to communication activities.
• Maintain and update the organization’s media contact lists and databases.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on communication outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Basic knowledge of content management systems and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
