The Instructional Designer will develop high-quality learning materials—including e-learning modules, instructor-led content, and job aids—for a large training modernization initiative. This role collaborates closely with subject matter experts to transform complex technical information into engaging, accessible, and effective learning experiences.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design and develop instructional content such as presentations, handouts, CBT modules, guides, and job aids.  
  
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design best practices across all deliverables.  
  
• Develop storyboards, course outlines, and instructional plans aligned with learning   objectives .  
  
• Collaborate with SMEs to collect, clarify, and organize technical information.  
  
• Track project milestones, manage timelines, and communicate progress proactively.  
  
• Conduct content reviews and ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2).  
  
• Support evaluation and feedback collection to improve training effectiveness.  
  
• Develop SCORM-compliant e-learning using Adobe Captivate (Classic or New version).  
  
• Ensure all materials meet branding,   template , and quality control requirements.  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, or related field.  
  
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design.  
  
• Strong understanding of ADDIE   methodology   and adult learning principles.  
  
• Experience with Adobe Captivate, Learning Management Systems, and content authoring tools.  
  
• Experience designing technical or operational training programs.  
  
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).  
  
• Strong communication   and collaboration skills with SMEs and stakeholders.  
  
• Preferred: Project management certification (PMP or similar).
