Job Overview

The Farmers Insurance, Bud Abel's Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join the largest Farmers Agency in the state of Wisconsin! You will be responsible for generating results by advising our future customers on their property and casualty insurance.

With a base salary of $2,000/month plus commission and bonus opportunities, candidates are expected to make $50,000–$75,000 in their first year , with the potential for top performers to make over $100,000.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance License.

• Live within approximately 20 miles of Sussex, WI and can reliably commute to the office as needed for this hybrid role.

• Demonstrate stability and commitment in their work history.

• Are coachable, open to feedback, and willing to learn proven sales processes.

• Enjoy helping people and building relationships.

• Are motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.

• May be new to the insurance industry and excited to learn a new profession, although candidates with insurance experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.

• Ensure that the agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.

• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.

• Responsible for accurate underwriting.

• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.

• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry.
