Job Description
- Permanent resident in Thailand; fluent in Thai (native speaker preferred), with basic proficiency in Mandarin or English.
- Previous experience in HR, headhunting or recruitment is highly preferred.
- Flexible schedule, able to commit 5–10 hours per week; responsible, patient, detail-oriented with strong execution skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with the local Thai recruitment market (manufacturing, cross-border e-commerce industries preferred); knowledge of basic recruitment and communication skills is a plus.
- Possess strong professional ethics, maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and client information, and cooperate with the company in work coordination.
Cooperation Model & Compensation
- Cooperation type: Part-time partnership; remuneration based on actual completed candidate communications and successful interview arrangements, with no minimum performance requirements.
- Income structure: Service fees for successful interview invitations, with transparent commission rates — higher workload, higher earnings.
- Payment method: Monthly fixed settlement cycle via cross-border bank transfer from our Hong Kong entity. All transfer fees are covered by the company, ensuring stable and fully traceable payments. Company Introduction:

Position Title:
Part-Time HR Recruiter (Thailand)
- Work arrangement: Remote / Work from home
- Location: Available across Thailand, including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with locally-based Thai candidates assigned by the company, conduct preliminary communications via phone and social media, and accurately verify candidates’ job intentions, interview availability and position matching.
- Assist in arranging interviews for Chinese enterprises, clearly communicate interview schedules, formats (online/offline) and core job requirements, and follow up on candidates’ interview confirmation throughout the process.
- Provide timely feedback to the company on candidate communication status, career expectations and irregularities (e.g., unanswered calls, rescheduling requests, interview withdrawals), ensuring efficient information synchronization.
- Support data statistics of communications, candidate information verification and other basic tasks, and strictly comply with the company’s standardized operating procedures and cooperation guidelines.
